S'ybll is a female humanoid of Skrull origin. As a Skrull citizen, she became an Empress and leads the Skrull Empire. She has been considered a Mutant after being powered by the Power Cosmic which endowed her with vastly increased shapeshifting abilities and the ability to fly into space.
