Becky St. Jude was a member of the Carol Corps, protecting Jersey City from harm through the identification of criminals using the precog visions of the Inhuman, Ulysses Cain. Becky went a little mad with power though, and she started using excessive force in apprehending the criminals. When the cadets started holding people indefinitely, Ms. Marvel told Becky things would have to change. Ms. Marvel wanted to disband the group, but Becky activated her armor and fought her to keep it going. Ms. Marvel ended up winning that battle, but now also going by the codename Lockdown, Becky continues to war against her.
