After being trained the U.S. Army Military Police Special Response Team, Luis Cisco joined Benito Santini and Blake Coleman in the I.O.'s Black Razors where he was one of three survivors of Project Entry. After suffering several injuries inflicted by SPBs, concerns were issued that Cisco might no longer be suitable for field work. Cisco was going to take leave after his wedding, but he chose to go on a final mission on his wedding day (the mission where Coleman was killed), during which he was injured again, and this resulted in him leaving the team.
