Giant, whose secret identity is Peter Moran, is an SPB with powers of invulnerability, superhuman strength and speed, flight, thermal blast, and enhanced senses. He was originally tasked with running the Homeland Security Squadron for the Civil Defense Administration, but more recently he was hired by a big corporation and renamed "The Hallibastard". He likes to fight criminals, but he also frequently clashes with Benito Santini and Team Achilles.
