Steel Scarab is a villainous mercenary who was hired by Ivana Baiul (nemesis to Team Achilles' Ben Santini) to execute the attack on the New York UN building which Team Achilles goes in to defend. When another terrorist goes in to aid Scarab in battle, he ignites the fuel-air explosive surrounding them when he mistakes it for tear gas. Steel Scarab doesn't trust anyone and tends to be foolhardy when he thinks he has things under control.
