Iron Cross

Muscle for the Aryan Brigade, Iron Cross, had once worked with them to release a virus which would wipe out non-white DNA. He was later recruited to the Overmaster's Cadre, but was eventually a part of a group of supervillains who were exiled by the U.S. Government to the planet, Salvation. There he sided with Lex Luthor when the villains fought, and he was subsequently used by Luthor to threaten the Joker, who shot him in the head.
