Ferrian, one of the first Kherubim to come to Earth over a millennium ago, was an advisor and tactician as well as First Knight to S'lyton, ruler of Atlantis. A significant participant in the Kherubim/Daemonite wars, Ferrian feels tremendous guilt about having betrayed his own, and did not take up arms against the D'rahn invasion. Due to this he was seen as a traitor and banished from Atlantis. Once S'lyton had sacrificed himself, Ferrian took his son, Marc (who later becomes Backlash), and raised him. When Backlash is grown, he starts the group, WildCore, and offers Ferrian a spot on the roster. As Kherubim, Ferrian's alien physiology makes him nigh immortal as well as granting him superhuman strength, durability, and a heightened healing factor. He has psychometric powers which allow him to glean information from objects simply by touching them.
