Marvel, Dark Riders

Hurricane was recruited into the second incarnation of the Dark Riders by Genesis. In Cable (Marvel, 1993 series), where the character made his first appearance, Hurricane was detained in a glass tube and had some of his powers siphoned as a punishment for his failure to kill X-Men's Storm. Inexplicably, he later appears with the Dark Riders when they free Cyber from prison. The Dark Riders disbanded when they were all killed in Uncanny X-Men (Marvel, 2016 series).
