A Mongolian man very tall (2.7 m high) and very strong, he is mute. He is dressed in a long Asian tunic and he wears a tricorne hat. He earns his original nickname from the phrase "he stoops to conquer". He was once a servant of the Dragon Lady; she cut off his tongue when he was young, winning his hatred.
