Officer Walsh is a police officer who partnered with Federal Men agent Steve Carson while Carson was working undercover as a rookie police officer during the investigation of the Manning baby's kidnapping. During the course of the investigation, Carson found that the bullets used in the kidnapping were fired from Walsh's service revolver. Carson and the precinct captain set a trap for Walsh, ultimately discovering Walsh was in league with another suspect, Kate Lane. After Carson confronted the suspects, Lane suffered a fatal gunshot wound from Walsh's gun, but Carson was able to apprehend Walsh and safety rescue the child. Walsh's first name is unchronicled.
