Le second Razor Fist était en réalité l'identité partagée par deux frères, Douglas Scott et William Scott, ayant chacun perdu une main dans un accident de voiture. Ils travaillèrent aussi pour le compte de Carlton Velcro. Douglas fut abattu accidentellement par Velcro. Peu après, William perdit sa deuxième main, pendant un combat contre Colleen Wing, des Filles du Dragon. [The second Razor Fist was actually the identity shared by two brothers, Douglas Scott and William Scott, who each lost a hand in a car accident. They also worked for Carlton Velcro. Douglas was accidentally shot down by Velcro. Shortly after, William lost his second hand in a fight with Colleen Wing of the Daughters of the Dragon.]
