Professor Z is a brilliant psycho-historical regulator on the planet Vision, located in the Mira star-system. He predicted the Great Disaster on Earth, which led Vision's scientists to form the Global Peace Agency, in the hope that peace would prevent the coming apocalypse. At Professor Z's suggestion, the GPA commissioned an Earth scientist to create a super-soldier, which he named OMAC the One Man Army Corps.
