Joyboy est un humanoïde originaire d'un univers inconnu. Il ressemble à un bébé humain difforme et corpulent avec un crâne et un ventre surdimensionnés. Joyboy a le pouvoir de lire par télépathie le souhait le plus grand d’un individu et de l'exhausser, mais avec une touche perverse.
