Hyperion is the alias of Zhib-Ran, a male humanoid from the microverse. Zhib-Ran was an elected leader of a world called Yttrium in the Microverse which was destroyed. Zhib-Ran was the sole survivor of this catastrophe, thrown into a cosmic maelstrom until he was rescued by Grandmaster who brought him to Earth. The incident granted him radiation-based superpowers.
