He has been involved in covert projects with Martin Reyna and played a role in reporting Orrgo’s interference, which led to Orrgo’s imprisonment at Pleasant Hill; Kraye also once released inmates at S.T.A.K.E. HQ, prompting action from the Howling Commandos.
