Violet Lightner, codename Armory, was bonded to the alien weapon Tactigon, which adapted to her and manifested any weapon needed in combat. Plagued by a traumatic childhood and severe arachnophobia, she joined the Initiative but panicked during a training exercise, accidentally killing fellow recruit MVP. As a result, the Tactigon was removed, ending her superhero career and leaving her physically and emotionally scarred. She later returned to treatment at the Burke Wellness Center.
