Bannerman Brown is a billion-dollar robotic strongman created with Stark hardware on loan to the U.S. government’s Initiative during the Civil War era. Built as part of the Bannermen program to serve as expendable super-powered assets, he operated in California and was deployed on Initiative missions before being destroyed by the Infernal Man. Though his true identity was never revealed, he was effectively an android combatant engineered for frontline duty.
