Bannerman Green is one of the Bannermen, government-contracted Stark-hardware powered operatives created to serve as expendable super-powered assets for the Initiative. Deployed alongside other Bannermen in California, he participated in official missions before being destroyed by the Infernal Man. As with others in the program, his individual identity was never publicly revealed and he functioned essentially as an armored combatant engineered for frontline duty.
