Born in Los Angeles in 1967, Hahn began his career in comics in 1995 with Antarctic Press. His creator-owned series, Private Beach, was nominated for an Eisner Award for Best New Series in 2001. His best-known works include Bite Club (DC/Vertigo, 2004 series), three issues of Fables (DC/Vertigo, 2002 series), and five issues of Spider-Man Loves Mary Jane (Marvel, 2006 series). Hahn is a founding member of Helioscope Studios based in Portland, Oregon.
