Gary Leib was an animator and cartoonist who created comics and illustrations for The New Yorker, The New York Observer and Fantagraphics books. He founded Twinkle animation studio in 1993 and has produced animation and titles for film, TV series, music videos and Web sites. Leib was a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and has taught in the graduate computer animation department at the School of Visual Arts in New York.
